The End

115 miles from campsite at Moretonhampstead to Lands End, up and down, up and down, up and down........
The hills were bad enough but the strong headwind made it the toughest day by far, journey time of just over 11 hours.
Great to see Suzie, Megan and Anya waiting at the finish.

Congratulations Roger! and no thanks to the foulest of conditions.......true grit. When you wake up in the morning DON'T GET ON THE BIKE.

Roger,

Congratualtion!! If it's any consolation our hardest day was also the Exeter / Lands End stretch, it just happened to be our first day!

Well done for a stonking effort, some serious mileage in the first few days.

If you need some motivation to get back on the bike after that then go and watch 'The Flying Scotsman' showing at cinemas this week. A great film about Graham Obree!

Congrats
